

Flourish Wellness was formed when both Jessica and Robin realized they were creating workplace change from different perspectives toward a common goal of improved employee health and satisfaction.
She has co-authored a manual for the self-management of chronic disease and written articles for several newspapers. She has received training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. |
Previous to this, Robin managed the enterprising arm of the Public Dreams Society, a not-for-profit community arts organization based in Vancouver where she was involved in project management, community development and HR projects. Recently, she participated in BC’s Small Business Week as an expert panelist and presented at various events for the Sauder School of Business at UBC. She has a BA in Psychology and an MBA from UBC and is currently pursuing her CHRP designation. |
